The Midea MP12HMB32 is a commercial 12,000 BTU heat pump PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) designed for hotels, motels, apartments, senior living facilities, dormitories, and other commercial properties.
This 230/208V Midea PTAC delivers 12,000 BTU cooling at 230V / 11,800 BTU at 208V and 10,800 / 10,500 BTU heat pump heating. It also includes 3.5 kW electric heat backup for additional heating when required. The unit uses R-32 refrigerant and fits the standard 42-inch PTAC chassis, making it well suited for hotel renovations, replacement projects, and new construction.

INSPECTION OF GOODS

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses need to be a physical commercial or physical residential address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING TO NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES
In some cases for non-contiguous states customers such as Alaskan, Hawaiian we charge additional shipping fee of USD 399 regardless of order size and deliver the goods to your provided address.
SHIPPING TO OUTSIDE USA
For customer based outside USA like Canadian, Caribbean customers we charge flat shipping fee of USD 495 and we will be responsible to ship the goods till destination port, customer will be responsible for clearance, duty and taxes at destination. If non US customers want goods to be shipped to their appointed freight forwarder in USA, we can do that and shipping will be free. Once the shipment has been received by your freight forwarder, we are not liable for any damages that may occur between your freight forwarder and end destination. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
We cannot guarantee every item will ship together and arrive same time due to item stored at multiple locations, you may get multiple shipments.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return / refund please fill this form, contact our customer support team. A representative will authorize the return and provide instructions for completing the process. You will be refunded the full amount of the items, minus the restocking fee and shipping charges. The buyer is also responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering any associated shipping costs.
