Description:
The PTC123K25AXXX is a versatile air conditioning unit designed for both residential and commercial use, operating with 208 / 230 volt electricity. It delivers 11,600 / 11,900 BTUs of cooling power and includes a 2.5 kW electric heater that provides approximately 6,800 / 8,500 BTUs of electric backup heat. The unit features advanced connectivity options, including RF and Bluetooth, but requires a wall thermostat for operation. Notably, it uses R410A refrigerant and is not available for sale in California, where the newer R32 refrigerant "J" Series is recommended. The unit is designed for quiet operation, with a Sound Transmission Class (STC) of 29, and includes an advanced condensate dispersion system and Room Freeze Protection. Additional features include easy-to-clean filters, a built-in 30-second fan-off delay, and compatibility with the DigiSmart energy management system, which can reduce energy usage by up to 35%.

For customer based outside USA like Canadian, Caribbean customers we charge flat shipping fee of USD 495 and we will be responsible to ship the goods till destination port, customer will be responsible for clearance, duty and taxes at destination. If non US customers want goods to be shipped to their appointed freight forwarder in USA, we can do that and shipping will be free. Once the shipment has been received by your freight forwarder, we are not liable for any damages that may occur between your freight forwarder and end destination.
