Description:
The Amana PTH123J50AXXX PTAC unit is ideal for both residential and commercial use, offering robust cooling and heating capabilities. Operating on 208/230 volts, it delivers 11,600 / 12,000 BTUs of cooling power, with a heat pump providing 10,800 / 11,000 BTUs and a 5.0 kW electric heater, supplementing with approximately 14,000 / 17,100 BTUs of electric backup heat. It features RF and Bluetooth connectivity, requiring a wall thermostat for operation. This PTAC boasts an EER of 11.5, cooling spaces from 300 to 525 sq. ft., and uses environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant. Built in the USA, it emphasizes quiet operation, durability, and easy maintenance.

For customer based outside USA like Canadian, Caribbean customers we charge flat shipping fee of USD 495 and we will be responsible to ship the goods till destination port, customer will be responsible for clearance, duty and taxes at destination. If non US customers want goods to be shipped to their appointed freight forwarder in USA, we can do that and shipping will be free. Once the shipment has been received by your freight forwarder, we are not liable for any damages that may occur between your freight forwarder and end destination.
