  • Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the merchandise, the number of boxes, and the distance of the shipment.

  • If you qualify for free shipping it will appear in your cart.

  • Upon receipt of your shipment please Count, inspect all merchandise. If your order arrived short, an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. You are responsible for verifying your shipment at the time of delivery. If you fail to note any shortages or damages at the time of delivery, you waive the freight carrier and/or Rapid Supplies of any and all liability.   • In case of urgent requirement and fast delivery Rapid Supplies has Priority and Overnight Shipping service. Please call for more detail (866) 663-3301. Vary by state.

  • Shipping addresses need to be a physical commercial or physical residential address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Currently we are set up to ship within the United States; Our website only accepts contiguous U.S. shipments. Canadian, Alaskan, and Hawaiian customers are asked to call 1-866-663-3301 for placing orders. If you are located outside the United States, we can accommodate orders if shipping to a freight forwarder of your choice. Once the shipment has been received by your freight forwarder, we are not liable for any damages that may occur between your freight forwarder and end destination.

  • We cannot guarantee every item will ship together due to stock availability and where items are shipping from. You may get multiple shipments.
