Return Policy

  • All returns require a return authorization number from our Customer Service before returning, including those items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-663-3301 or email [email protected] for assistance. No orders that originally shipped from the manufacturer to you will be accepted at any of our distribution centers unless previously authorized by us.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping charges on items shipped in error or damaged in transit will be paid for by Rapid Supplies. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns for any other reason.

  • All Merchandise must be unused, returned in its original carton/original condition with no missing parts.  No partial cases will be accepted.

  • Drop ship orders (shipped directly from our suppliers) are subject to the return policy of our suppliers, plus an additional handling fee. 

  • No Returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt

  • Customized orders including special order and custom made-to-order drop shipments are nonreturnable.

  • No returns accepted on Closeout Items. All sales are final.
